Important Information

We got feedbacks that some applicants could not register a portal account using thier moblie phone. They got an unusual error message concerning their email address input. After a careful analysis of the reports, we realized that the error message was due to the use of "special and stylish fonts/charaters" on the applicants' mobile phones. Therefore, we strongly advise applicants to use a mobile phone with normal fonts and charaters for registering on the portal.
Alternatively, you can use a laptop or desktop computer. Applicants with limited computer knowlegde should visit a computer center for assistance in completing their online application process.
